Under 16 to Under 18 Men & Women
The season runs in July and August, with practices starting immediately following the conclusion of the High School season (mid-June). An optional month of ‘Fall Sevens’ in September is also included (no additional charge) if an athlete chooses to participate.
U16 Age Grade (Same for Men and Women):
Games are on Wednesdays or Saturdays (times as scheduled)
Practice Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 PM at the Saints practice fields.
Each game is two 35-minute halves played against a designated opponent.
15 players per team on the field playing contact rugby.
City and Provincial Championships
